Announcement to all BVI NSA members
We would like to inform you that there will be an annual general meeting (AGM) on Nov 1st 2026 at 4pm at Cane Garden Bay Cottages, Tortola, BVI.
The focus of this AGM is to provide an opportunity to update the BVI NSA members on the BVI NSA’s strategic plan and regularise the status of the BVINSA executive board.
In accordance with the BVI NSA's constitution and in the interest of good governance, we are planning to hold the 2026 AGM before we send a team to the ISA World Surfing Games in Peru.
The draft agenda for the AGM is attached to this message. Please take a look at it and inform us by email or Whatsapp of any subjects you would like added to the agenda.
